Impact

Since 2009, we've given visibility to research and personal accounts demonstrating how pornography can negatively impact individuals, relationships, and society. Through this grassroots movement, millions of people have found hope and freedom. We couldn't do this without Fighters like you!

Absolutely amazing series. Has opened my eyes. I’m a teacher and thinking about how I can use this series to help many of my students who struggle with porn addictions. Thank you for such uplifting but thoughtful content. It is making a difference.

I appreciate what you’re doing. As you know, it’s really needed. I first learned of you via the Porn Kills Love tee

3 months into quitting porn and it disgusts me now. I cannot believe how warped my mind was—the only way I could feel satisfied during sex was being violent. Thank you for fighting the good fight. I have so much more motivation to achieve more in my life, so much more energy, and I’m much more calm and confident.

Thank you. Thank you for being a voice for this issue. Thank you for calling it what it is: a real issue. Thank you for not making light of it, like it’s a joke, like they do in the movies or on TV. Thank you for telling the truth, for being vulnerable, and for having the courage to say this is a problem. Just THANK YOU!

One of the biggest reasons I support Fight the New Drug is because of your basis in science. Having a strong psychological and physiological foundation provides you with credibility. It also makes your message more accessible, no matter the worldview or background. I also appreciate your understanding and support of people suffering from an addiction to pornography. Shaming those struggling isn’t going to help them in their fight to do and be better. Thank you for all you do and keep up the good work!

Hi. I think this movement is amazing. The amount of work that has been put into it shows— everything from the documentary to the interviews, the website, and the store. I was aware of the issues, like sex trafficking and relationship interference, but this really puts it all together and makes me want to change. Thanks for everything.

Not long ago, I broke up with a boy that had been suffering from porn addiction for over 13 years. We broke up because he kept relapsing and the relationship was getting toxic. I’m devastated. I wish porn wasn’t a thing. I wish people would stop supporting this dark business. Your page has brought me hope. Keep up the challenging work. You guys don’t know the impact you have on people.

I am not typically a person to listen to podcasts, but this is such an important topic. This is such educational and preventative information to help those who haven’t dealt with this (such as myself) in better helping us to understand the impact that this issue has on our generation. This information also helps those of us who haven’t dealt with these issues to be better equipped to help those who do struggle with pornography, etc. Everyone should listen in and they should educate themselves, or find help!
