Impact

Since 2009, we've given visibility to research and personal accounts demonstrating how pornography can negatively impact individuals, relationships, and society. Through this grassroots movement, millions of people have found hope and freedom. We couldn't do this without Fighters like you!

This podcast motivated me to kick porn.

I want to thank you for all the work you have been doing. At the beginning of last year, I got conscious about the real problem of pornography, and since then, I have been on a continuous fight. With wins and fails on quitting porn forever, I’m still on a long journey, but am much closer to the final objective. Soon I will finally be free, achieve the best version of myself, and discover true love.

I’ve already shared it with a bunch of people. It was really informative. It had a good combination of facts, personal stories, and science. And it was told in a way that all this information in the end gave hope and an idea of how to get out of porn.

I found your documentary series helpful and informative. Thank you for your support in the fight!

Hey, I watched your recent three-part documentary series on porn’s impacts. I wanted to say thanks for putting that together, and thanks for allowing us to access it for free!

I’m currently struggling with porn addiction. Watching Brain, Heart, World has taught me a lot about myself. I wish this information was widespread and taught to everyone, I never realized how dangerous porn is. Thank you for all the people doing the research and for the people who made this docuseries.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for all that you do. Both of us had struggled with pornography in the past before we met. It was definitely something we bonded over and that brought us closer together, sharing our past struggles, why we went through it, etc. Now, we both fight for real love, and we stand up for what is right. Pornography steals so much out of what real love is meant to be, and both of us have promised to keep each other accountable and to never go back. Real love IS worth fighting for!

It feels great to contribute to something that’s helped me so much. When I discovered this amazing organization, I was really addicted to porn but wanted to quit. I ruined my relationship with my girlfriend at the time and pushed a lot of people away. Through FTND, I was able to conquer my addiction. I happened to stumble upon this website from a Google search. I’ll freely admit that when I first realized/discovered your site’s purpose, I immediately thought to myself, ‘It’s another one of those self-righteous “porn is bad” groups trying to tell people how to live.’ But once I read through your mission page, it became obvious that I was wrong. I’m actually very impressed by your goals that are the literal opposite of every other anti-porn group I’ve come across. Your stance of helping those who ask for it and respecting the freedoms of those who choose not to is extremely refreshing to see. I wish you luck!

I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for sharing supportive resources. When my boyfriend (now husband) first shared with me about his struggles & setbacks, I felt completely alone. I found ZERO articles or resources for people who felt hurt or betrayed. That search was actually how I discovered your organization. I felt validated in my opposition to porn in a culture that is immersed in it. My husband has not had a setback in 2 years! Thank you so much for providing great resources for not only those who struggle but also for those of us who want to learn to be supportive partners but need time to heal.

Brain, Heart, World is so good, and I am glad someone is approaching this from a non-religious and science-based direction.

Thank you for this docuseries! It opened my eyes to the natural effects of this habit and not that I am some rotten person who can’t escape porn. I feel free to dream again, lift up my head, and find/do things that pique my interest, and let my brain heal.
