It’s still a long journey, but I already see a lot of improvement in myself.

Since 2009, we've given visibility to research and personal accounts demonstrating how pornography can negatively impact individuals, relationships, and society. Through this grassroots movement, millions of people have found hope and freedom. We couldn't do this without Fighters like you!
Fight the New Drug is a great organization, and this podcast is just as great. It’s so awesome that they’re making a podcast to talk about this hugely important issue affecting people everywhere. It can be an uncomfortable conversation, but it is a critical one to have. On top of that, the arguments presented here are not based on religious or political views, and they’re not trying to impose a certain viewpoint or ideology on listeners. All they want is to share what the facts say about pornography because they truly care about people and want the best for them. All things considered, this podcast gets a 5-star review from me!
I’m a senior in high school and I wrote about the harmful effects of pornography on women, and I just wanted to let you know that your TikTok account gave me the inspiration to do so. I had the clip of your interview with Dr. John Foubert in my favorites since 2021, and it always stayed in the back of my mind. So when I was assigned a research essay on a topic of my choosing, I thought of you guys. Thank you for fighting the good fight, and thank you for motivating me to write about it!
I’m grateful to have come across your website while I was searching for ways to stop my compulsive porn use. For the first time, I feel like I have the upper hand over my struggles. You gave me the strength to fight on when I was feeling helpless. By shedding light on the impact that porn has on me, the people closest to me, and the society at large, you encouraged me to quit porn. Not just for me but for everyone who is affected.
This morning, about 30 minutes ago, I called one of my community leaders and confessed to him my porn struggle, which helped me. I’ve never thought before about how watching porn does not make me a bad person. That really helped me to think about it, and it’s thanks to you guys. I’ve always thought that if I watch it, I am a bad person, but I realize that I am a good person but I’ve got a nagging, annoying struggle that’s always with me. There’s a difference.
Thank you so much for what you do. You guys really are pros. I wish I had known that before all of this, but thank you so much.
Thank you for all the information you share through your site. My husband has been struggling with porn for some years. It’s been hard for him to admit it. But now that he’s done so, and he’s said it to me, everything has changed. He is still dealing with it. But I could see how my attitude and understanding helped him feel better and feel heard. Thanks for helping me understand what was actually happening and how I could be of help.
